Open Groups & Classes and tap Join. There are two ways in: the 8-character invite code your leader sends you, or a search by name if your leader made the class findable.
If the search comes up empty, check the spelling and ask your leader for the code — that always works.

Joining costs $25/month, billed securely through the web. After payment you'll be added to the class automatically.
Some classes carry a seat fee set by the leader. If yours does, you are told the price before anything is charged, and payment happens securely on the web.
Once it completes you are added to the class automatically — no code to re-enter. Churches and schools can also cover seats in bulk, in which case you will never see this at all.
Your leader guides the class. You'll get a placement assessment and daily prompts to work through.
Your debates are private. Only what you choose to share is visible to your leader.

Before the class opens you take a short placement — a real exchange, not a quiz — so the material starts where you actually are rather than where the average student is.
After that it is one prompt a day: coursework to work through, debates to argue, and a summary at the end of the week. Your leader does each day too, and you read their debrief next to your own.
