We read every message. Please include your device (iPhone or Android), the app version, and a short description of what happened.
Account and child profiles
- Parents create the account; children do not sign up directly.
- To switch between child profiles, open the Profile tab and tap Switch profile.
- To delete a child's profile or the whole account, email us and we'll remove the data within 7 days.
Subscriptions and billing
- Gospel Trainer is always free. Plus subscription unlocks the full Practice library and Teen Training scenarios.
- Manage or cancel anytime: iOS in Settings -> Apple ID -> Subscriptions; Android in Google Play -> Subscriptions.
- Subscription issues are best handled through your store account first. If you still need help, email us.
Common questions
- Sign-in fails or "stuck on loading": close the app fully and reopen. If that does not fix it, email us with your device model.
- Google sign-in does not return to the app: update to the latest version; older builds had a known issue here.
- I forgot my password: use the "Forgot password" link on the sign-in screen.
